Sales and Cancellation / Return Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy regulates the terms of reservations, payments, cancellations, and returns related to scooter rental services offered by Implant Marketing S.L. through this website. By making a reservation, the client accepts these conditions.

2. Reservations and Payments

  • To confirm a booking, the client must complete the online reservation process and make the corresponding payment.

  • The rental fee includes the use of the scooter, chargers, and accessories, according to the conditions specified in the contract.

  • A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded at the end of the rental period provided that the scooter and accessories are returned in good condition.

3. Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the rental start date will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the rental start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date, or failure to show up on the agreed date, will not be entitled to any refund.

4. Modifications to Reservations

Changes to dates or times of reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the rental start date. Implant Marketing S.L. reserves the right to accept or reject such modifications.

5. Cancellations by the Company

Implant Marketing S.L. reserves the right to cancel reservations in the event of force majeure, safety reasons, or unavailability of the equipment. In such cases, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid, without the right to additional compensation.

6. Early Returns

If the client decides to return the scooter before the end of the agreed rental period, no refunds will be issued for the unused rental time.

7. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 2 to 5 business days using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
